Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail or at Sarasota based Tasting Room. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are typically processed within one week. 

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from us to your doorstep. Please note International delivery can take up to 30 business days. US orders are shipped UPS ground or US Postal Service. After processing items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
